Problem free
We do not see it as just a work place for contractors, it is also a home. During development of our products we always had in our thoughts “How can we make it easy for the contractors so that they do not interfere with the property residents during installation?”. Of course it is always evident that work is in progress but if the life expectancy is for over fifty years then one can not expect the work to be finished when one comes home in the evening.
An example: If one tiles a bathroom then it takes at least five days before one can insert a toilet stool. This is all about good workmanship with watertight installation that will last for many years.The same procedure defines SACPIPE. A minimal disturbance to everyday life and at the same time giving a genuine and watertight installation.
And the fact that most of the time the workmen do not need to be inside the apartment makes it even more comfortable.
